• Full Service Project Management: from the AFE development and evaluation to start-up and trouble-shooting the team at BDR will be there every step of the way.
   
• Project evaluation: Field evaluation and troubleshooting to AFE preparation and cash flow streams.
   
• Lump sum engineering fee: a lump sum  fee will be provided to the clients when creating the AFE for the project, this fee includes all services provided by BDR.
   
• Project team start-up: Start-up personnel, operation manuals for the site, and training are provided to the client upon start-up of the facility.
   
• Process design: to obtain the most accurate sales process flow rates for oil and gas facilities, BDR uses the latest Hysis process simulation programs.
   
• Civil design: Site layout and design including location of piles for equipment.
   
• Mechanical design: Modular designs that are built to last and to be relocated easily to another facility, thereby reducing time in the field and decreasing costs.
   
• Electrical Design: Complete design of facility electrical including service, utilities, power, distribution, motor feeds and control, control, and communications.
   
• Drafting Design: the latest edition of 3D CADWorx is used by our mechanical and electrical drafting designers to layout the site.
   
• Communication: remote monitoring SCADA systems are used to monitor the facility from one main control centre.
   
• Logistics: shipment initialization, tracking, and receipt of shipments for all materials purchased for a project.
   
• Cost control: project costs can be tracked through a variety of reports that BDR can produce.
   
• Balance banking: vendor payments can be made by BDR using a balance banking account to off level or release client accounting system loads during capital projects.
