Bower Damberger Rolseth Engineering Ltd.
(BDR)
was started in 1984 to provide quality engineering,
research, design, drafting, procurement and project
management services to the Canadian Oil and Gas industry.
Based on the experience gained from the design and
commissioning of the Canadian facilities, in 1999 the
company opened an office in Quito, Ecuador, S.A. (BDR Del
Ecuador S.A.). This office was opened to provide companies
in Ecuador, as well as other regions of South America, the
same full service project management that BDR offers to its
Canadian clients.When BDR began there were only 5 people
in the office. Over 4500 projects later BDR has grown to a
staff of 100. BDR's project's have ranged from wellhead
tie-ins and gathering systems to full thermal stimulation
type SAGD facilities.
